Upload contacts from a CSV
Import up to 10,000 rows from Contacts. Each row needs a consent source.
Import is on Contacts, for owners, admins, and managers. A manager picks a location they are assigned to. CSV import is included on paid plans.
Columns
- Each row needs an email or a phone.
- consent_source is one of import_explicit, form_checkbox, verbal_logged, or existing_customer.
- A phone is texted only when sms_consent is yes and you tick the file attestation. SMS also needs your own Twilio account, on Growth or above.
- service_date can schedule a request when the date is in the last 30 days. Older dates are saved as contacts only.
- Open Contacts and start the CSV import.
- Map the columns. The preview shows invalid rows, duplicates, and rows that will be scheduled.
- Tick the consent attestation, then confirm. The file is uploaded in chunks of 500.
