Terms of service
These terms are a draft for a UK-run software service. They are not legal advice.
Who we are
TrustMetrics is operated by TrustMetrics Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12596565). Registered office: 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Contact: support@trustmetrics.io.
For support, email support@trustmetrics.io or use the support form.
Eligibility
This service is for businesses only. You must be 18 or over to use it.
The service
TrustMetrics lets a business or agency read and reply to Google Business Profile reviews, store customer contact details for review requests, and bill for location packs or the agency plan. You must have the right to connect each Google profile and to contact each customer.
Accounts
Sign-in uses a 6-digit code sent to your email. There is no password. You are responsible for access to that email inbox.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance by Stripe, monthly or annually. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. UK VAT is added at Checkout for customers in the UK, and a business can enter its VAT number there. Agency is a platform subscription for an agency organization.
The Free plan needs no card and is not a trial. Starter includes one trial per organization, as described on the pricing page. A card is needed to start the 14-day Starter trial. Stripe charges it when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
Cancellation and refunds
Payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then it does not renew. Cancelling does not delete data on its own. Changing plan during a billing period is prorated by Stripe. Cancelling is not prorated and gives no credit. This doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use TrustMetrics to send messages without a lawful basis, to scrape Google, or to upload data you are not allowed to process.
Liability
Our total liability for a claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the month before the event that gave rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under the laws of England and Wales.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to counsel review.
