Add locations
Owners and admins add locations. Extra locations past the plan include are billed on the subscription.
Free is $0 with no card: 1 location, 1 seat, 1 website, 1 widget, Google Business Profile sync, and the TrustMetrics credit always on. It is a free plan, not a trial. Aimed at US med spas and dental sites first. Starter is $99 per month and includes 3 locations and 3 seats. Each location beyond that is $25 per month. Growth is $249 per month and includes 15 locations and 8 seats. Each location beyond that is $18 per month. Scale is $499 per month and includes 40 locations and 20 seats. Each location beyond that is $12 per month. Agency is $149 per month and includes 5 seats. There is no limit on the number of client organizations. Client organizations are on Starter or Growth, and each client keeps and pays for its own plan. Franchise is a custom quote. It is not a self-serve Checkout. Use Talk to us on the Billing page. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. UK VAT is added at Checkout for customers in the UK, and a business can enter its VAT number there.
Starter includes 3 locations, Growth 15, and Scale 40.
Add one
- Open Locations, then Add location. Only an owner or admin can add one.
- Enter the name and address. The timezone controls quiet hours for review requests.
- Connect Google for that location before reviews can sync.
When you are over the include
If the plan still has room, the location is added. If adding one would pass the include, Billing asks you to confirm the extra-location charge before it is added. A past-due subscription or an agency home cannot add client locations from the agency organization itself.
