Invite your team and roles
Invite admins and managers. There is no viewer role. A few actions stay with the owner.
Roles are owner, admin, and manager. You cannot invite someone as owner. Ownership moves with a separate transfer, and only the current owner can do that.
Seat includes: Starter 3, Growth 8, Scale 20, Agency 5.
Invite
- Open Members. An owner or admin enters an email and chooses Admin or Manager.
- The person gets an invite email and signs in with a 6-digit code sent to that address. This works the same whether or not they already have an account.
- They join only after they accept the invite on the Invites page. Until then it is listed under Pending invites on Members, where an owner or admin can revoke it. A pending invite holds a seat and expires after 14 days.
- A manager who should see only some locations is assigned those locations. Owners and admins can open every location.
What each role can do
- Owner and admin: members, locations, Google connect, billing, widgets and public pages, API keys, Twilio, integrations, brand voice, and the organization default for share images.
- Manager: reviews they can open, replies where consent allows, campaigns, contacts, and review-request activity for assigned locations.
- Owner only: create a social share image, and transfer ownership. An admin cannot mint a share image.
