Only the organization owner can create a share image, and only from a 4 or 5 star review.
The image is made when you download it. It is not stored. It shows the review text and the reviewer name as Google provided them, the star rating, an “on Google” label, and the business name. The Google mark is kept apart from the stars.
Starter includes the image with a TrustMetrics footer. Growth, Scale, and Franchise can remove the footer. Owners and admins save the organization style. Creating a post does not change that default, and only the owner can create the post.
Make one
- In Reviews, the owner opens a 4 or 5 star review and chooses the share action.
- Pick a format and a theme, then download. The suggested caption is a fixed template. It is not AI and does not use the AI draft allowance.
- 1–3 star reviews cannot be made into a post.
