Reviews lists Google reviews for locations you can access. Review text drops off about 30 days after it arrives.
Open Reviews. The list shows the rating, the review text, and any reply kept for the inbox.
Your reviews come from your own Google Business Profile and are shown with Google attribution. Competitor figures come from Google Maps. TrustMetrics does not sell or resell Google review content. Inbox rows are refreshed from Google and removed when they have not been synced for 30 days. Derived notes on a review, such as a theme or an AI draft, are removed with that review. Competitor ratings are read live and are not saved.
Find a review
- Filter by location, reply status, star rating, or a date range.
- Unanswered reviews can be sorted oldest first.
- A theme link from Insights opens the inbox already filtered to that label, when Insights is on.
