The report is on every paid plan. Google figures are computed when you open it and are not stored as a history.
Open Reports. Pick a month and, if you want, one location. The page shows new reviews, the rating on Google, how many were answered, and how fast, plus review requests sent, link clicks, and replies TrustMetrics posted.
The numbers are calculated when you open the report. TrustMetrics does not keep a stored history of Google averages. Each figure is labelled on Google, with an as-of time.
Calls, website clicks, and directions
Calls, website clicks, and direction requests are coming soon. That block stays off until Google Business Profile Performance metrics are turned on for this deployment. The rest of the report is available without it.
