Monthly ROI email
On the first of the month, organizations with an active subscription can receive the same report by email.
The email uses the same figures as the in-app report. It is included on every paid plan. It states its sources and does not claim that TrustMetrics caused the reviews.
Who gets it
One email is sent per organization, covering every location. Owners and admins of an organization with an active or trialing subscription receive it unless they turn it off. A manager receives it only after opting in on Digests, and only if they are assigned every location in the organization. A manager who sees only some locations does not get the email. There is no per-location email. Each email has a one-click unsubscribe that updates Digests.
An owner or admin can send themselves a preview from Reports. The link in the email opens the signed-in report. It is not a public share link.
