Franchise and multi-location leaderboard
Scale and Franchise can rank locations. The rank is one metric at a time, never a combined score.
The leaderboard is on Scale and Franchise. It is internal. It is not a public score.
You can look at 30 or 90 days and sort by one metric: rating, new reviews, reply rate, median time to reply, or request conversion. Google totals are labelled on Google. A manager sees assigned locations. An owner or admin sees all of them.
Open it
- Open Leaderboard.
- Choose the period and the metric. The table ranks on that metric only.
- Alert rules, for people who can manage the organization, are linked from the page and live under Rating drop alerts.
