Rating drop alerts
Basic alerts are on every paid plan. The full set is on Growth and above. The same rule does not fire again for 7 days.
Alerts are delivered in the app and by email to owners, admins, and the location's members. The same rule for the same location is not sent again for 7 days.
Starter includes the basic rules. Growth, Scale, and Franchise include the full set. Owners and admins can change the threshold of each rule their plan includes.
Rules
Owners and admins change the limits on Rating drop alerts. Google figures used to decide an alert are cleared after 30 days. The fact that the alert fired is kept.
- Low-star burst: at least 2 reviews of 1–2 stars in 7 days. Basic.
- Google disconnected: the Google connection is disconnected. Basic.
- Rating drop: the 30-day average of new reviews drops by at least 0.3 against the prior 90 days, with at least 5 reviews. Full.
- Unreplied reviews: the reply rate over 7 days is under 80 percent. Full.
- Fewer new reviews and Fewer review requests: volume down by at least half against the prior window. Full.
