Pick competitors per location. Ratings are live from Google Maps and are not stored.
Growth includes 3 competitors per location, Scale 5, and Franchise 10 unless the deal sets another number. Starter can see a preview only.
TrustMetrics stores the Google place id and the label you type. It does not store the competitor's rating or review count, because Google's terms do not allow that history. The page says the figures are live from Google Maps.
Add a competitor
- Open the location, then Competitors.
- Search, then save up to the plan limit. The Google name and rating load when you open the page and are not written to the database.
- The gap is how many new 5-star reviews it would take for your Google average to pass theirs, using the live figures. If their average is already 5.0, the page says they cannot be passed on rating.
