One-off campaigns
Campaigns are one-off emails. Automated requests live on Requests.
A campaign is a single email send to contacts you choose. It does not add the automatic follow-up used by review requests. Owners, admins, and managers can manage campaigns. The same incentive check runs on the copy.
Send one
- Open Campaigns, then New campaign.
- Write the subject and body. A merge field that asks for a review must use the same Google link for everyone.
- Choose the contacts and send. Delivery is emailed. It is not an SMS campaign.
