Agency accounts
The agency plan is the staff subscription. Each client has its own Starter or Growth plan.
Agency is $149 per month for the home organization and includes 5 seats. There is no limit on the number of client organizations. It does not include a pool of locations. Each client organization is on Starter or Growth and pays for its own locations.
An agency owner or admin links a client and can grant staff as admin or manager on that client. The grant cannot make someone the client's owner. The client owner stays a client-side role. A banner on the client organization tells their team that an agency is connected.
Agency features (the 5 seats, linking clients, and new staff grants) need an active Agency subscription. If a payment fails, they stay on while Stripe retries. If the agency cancels, its staff keep client access for 14 days. Then agency access ends and each client owner is offered a direct plan (Starter or above, no trial). Widgets keep showing for 30 more days, then the client is read-only until it picks a plan. Nothing is deleted.
Add a client
- Open Agency, then Add client.
- Link the client organization and grant the staff who should work in it.
- Switch into the client from the organization switcher to use its inbox, locations, and billing.
If the agency subscription ends
Creating an agency organization does not unlock agency features. Until you subscribe from Billing it works like an organization with no plan. While the subscription is canceled, unpaid, or paused, no new clients, grants, or seats can be added.
- Days 0 to 14: agency staff keep their access to each client. The agency can invite each client's own owner from the client page.
- Day 14: agency staff lose access to the clients. The client link stays in place. Each client owner outside the agency gets an email offering a direct plan, Starter or above. No trial applies to it.
- Days 14 to 44: the client's widgets keep showing, and the client sees a banner to choose a plan.
- Day 44 with no plan: widgets stop showing and the organization becomes read-only. Reviews, contacts, and settings are kept. Nothing is deleted.
- Choosing a plan at any point lifts read-only. If the agency subscribes again during this time, its staff access comes back.
