Native integrations are on Growth, Scale, and Franchise. An owner or admin connects them. Each one still requires you to confirm that you already have permission to email, and separately to text, those customers.

Native integrations are coming soon. Shopify, Square, GoHighLevel, and HubSpot each wait on that vendor's partner app, which is off until credentials exist. There is no working connect button to follow yet. Shopify: A fulfilled order asks that customer for a review. Square: A completed payment or an accepted booking asks that customer for a review. GoHighLevel: A won opportunity or a booked appointment asks that customer for a review. HubSpot: A deal that reaches a won stage asks the associated contact for a review.
