Claude MCP connector

The connector is read-only, one organization per sign-in, on Growth and above.

The production connector URL is https://trustmetrics-v2.vercel.app/api/mcp. The path on any deployment is /api/mcp.

It is on Growth, Scale, and Franchise. The person signs in and picks one organization. A location manager only sees assigned locations. The connector reads TrustMetrics. It does not call Google, post replies, or send requests.

Scopes: reviews:read (Read reviews, replies, and ratings stored in TrustMetrics); stats:read (Read response stats and review-request counts); insights:read (Read review themes).

Limits: 60 calls a minute per connection and 5,000 a day per organization.

Connect

  1. In Claude, add a custom connector with https://trustmetrics-v2.vercel.app/api/mcp.
  2. Sign in when asked. On the consent screen, pick one organization and approve the read scopes. An unverified app is labelled as unverified.
  3. Ask for locations, reviews, ratings, replies, themes, or stats. Review text is limited to rows still inside the storage window.
  4. Owners and admins can revoke a connection under AI apps.

Tools

  • list_locations: List locations in the connected organization that this user can access. Read-only. Does not call Google.
  • get_reviews: Read reviews stored in TrustMetrics for locations this user can access. Only reviews still inside the 30-day storage window are returned. Filters: location_id, since, until (ISO-8601, until is exclusive), min_rating, max_rating, has_reply, limit (max 100), cursor. Does not call Google.
  • get_ratings_summary: Google's own average rating and total review count as last stored at sync, with an as-of time, worded on Google. This is not an average of stored review rows. Does not call Google.
  • get_replies: Reply text stored in TrustMetrics, with manual or AI when that is known, and when it was updated. Does not include the review text. Does not call Google or post a reply.
  • get_review_themes: Theme counts for stored reviews in a period. When Insights has no theme rows yet, says themes are available in Insights. Does not call Google. period: last_month, since_joining, or YYYY-MM.
  • get_stats: New reviews, response rate, median response time, and request activity. Uses the same calculations as the in-app report, on reviews stored in TrustMetrics only. period: last_month, since_joining, or YYYY-MM. Does not call Google.
  • get_review_requests_stats: Review requests TrustMetrics sent, link clicks, and follow-ups. These are TrustMetrics records, not a Google count. period: last_month, since_joining, or YYYY-MM.
