Themes come from the reviews currently synced. Plan limits decide how much of the page you see.
Themes are Service, Staff friendliness, Wait time, Price and value, Cleanliness, Quality, Communication, Booking, Parking and location, Other. A label under 0.6 confidence is left off. A manual tag wins over an AI tag.
Starter shows the top 3 themes per location. Growth adds the full list, staff mentions, and manual retagging. Scale and Franchise add rising complaints and a cross-location comparison.
A complaint theme is marked rising when its negative share is at least 10 points higher than the prior 60 days and there are at least 3 negative mentions in the last 30 days. Trends cover the reviews currently synced.
Use the page
- Open Insights and pick a location, or all locations when the plan allows the cross-location view.
- On Growth and above, add staff names and aliases. Unknown names are suggestions. They are not added for you.
- Open a theme to see those reviews in the inbox.
