Autopilot

Posting to Google from TrustMetrics isn't switched on yet, so auto-post does not post anything. A clean review that Autopilot would send is marked Ready to post: copy to Google. Copy it, then mark it as replied. That record is not a post from TrustMetrics. Consent you record now is kept for when posting is switched on.

Autopilot is a separate switch from reply consent and from AI drafts. It is on Growth, Scale, and Franchise. Starter can use drafts and approve each one. It is off until an owner turns it on for a location.

The consent line an owner or admin must tick is: “I authorise TrustMetrics to post AI-written replies to Google reviews for this location on my behalf.”

Autopilot is turned off in this environment. Drafts, when they are on, still wait for a person. Nothing is posted to Google automatically.
