## Product
- Reply playbook per organization (optional per-location overrides): tone, sign-off, do/don't, banned phrases, sector presets (general, healthcare, dental, medspa, restaurant, trades), offers (default none), escalation rules.
- When an owner edits an AI draft before approving, TrustMetrics proposes playbook suggestions to accept or dismiss. The playbook never changes silently.
- Agency clients can inherit an agency master playbook while the Agency plan is active.
- AI drafts count toward a platform monthly AI budget (default USD 25) with pause when exhausted.
- Review request campaigns, widgets, monthly ROI report, insights, and (Growth+) read-only MCP.
- Posting replies to Google from TrustMetrics is not switched on for all customers; the copy-and-open-in-Google stopgap is used when posting is off.

## Plans (USD, excluding VAT)
- Free: $0/month, 1 locations, 1 seats, no AI drafts (widget + Google sync + inbox only).
- Starter: $99/month, 3 locations, 3 seats, 100 AI drafts per month.
- Growth: $249/month, 15 locations, 8 seats, 1000 AI drafts per month.
- Scale: $499/month, 40 locations, 20 seats, 3000 AI drafts per month.
- Agency: $149/month, no location pack on the agency home, 5 seats, no AI draft allowance on the agency home (clients use their own plan).

## Billing rules
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. UK VAT is added at Checkout for customers in the UK, and a business can enter its VAT number there.
- A card is needed to start the 14-day Starter trial. Stripe charges it when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then it does not renew. This doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable law.
- Annual: 10 months charged, 2 months included.

## Must not invent
- Do not claim automatic Google posting unless TM_REPLY_POSTING_ENABLED is on.
- Do not claim Autopilot posts reviews unless TM_AUTOPILOT_ENABLED and TM_REPLY_POSTING_ENABLED are both on.
- Do not claim MCP write tools.
- Do not invent review volume, rating lift, or revenue outcomes.
- Never claim a trial without a card, and never omit that Starter needs a card for its 14-day trial.
- Free is a free plan (not a trial): 1 location, 1 widget, credit always on, no card. Do not call it a free trial.
